Terms of Service

1. What the service is

RiskQuo is a risk management and record-keeping tool for traders. It helps you size trades, set limits, track your sessions and see patterns in your own results.

It does not provide trading signals, predictions, investment advice or tips, and it does not place trades for you. It is not connected to your trading account. Nothing in the service is a promise or guarantee of profit.

2. Who may use it

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for making sure that trading and using a tool like this is legal where you live. Binary and digital options are restricted or banned for retail traders in some countries.
• You must give accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Free trial, plans and payments

New accounts get a free trial. After it, you can buy the Basic or Pro plan. The price is shown in Indian rupees for customers in India and in US dollars for customers elsewhere. Each plan lasts for the number of days shown when you buy it and does not renew automatically.

If you buy a plan while another one is running, the days are added so that you do not lose time. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card details.

Prices and what is included in each plan can change. A change does not affect a plan you have already bought.

4. Safety locks are on purpose

The daily loss limit, safety lock, accuracy guard and profit protection exist to stop over-trading. When a lock starts, you cannot start a new session until it ends. Protected settings cannot be changed or switched off during the lock period you chose.

You cannot remove or bypass a lock yourself. In rare cases, for example a technical error, an administrator may lift a lock. By using the service you accept this.

5. Referral rewards

If the referral program is on, you can invite friends with your personal link. The extra days you and your friend receive, and when they are given, are shown on the Refer and Earn page. We may change or stop the program at any time. Rewards earned before a change are kept.

Creating fake or duplicate accounts to collect rewards is not allowed. We may remove rewards and close accounts that do this.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service or other accounts.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, or to mislead others.
• Do not copy, resell or scrape the service or its content without our written permission.

7. Your data

You own the trading records you enter. You allow us to store and process them to run the service for you, and to create anonymous, combined statistics that do not identify you. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

8. Other platforms

RiskQuo is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any trading platform or broker. All names and trademarks belong to their owners.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is". It may be interrupted for maintenance or because of problems outside our control. Exchange rates shown for other currencies are for display only and may be slightly out of date.

We may change or stop features. If we make an important change to these terms, we will update this page and the date below.

10. Limits of our responsibility

Trading involves a high risk of loss. You alone decide whether and how to trade. To the fullest extent the law allows, RiskQuo and the people behind it are not responsible for any trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from your use of the service. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.

11. Ending your account

You can stop using RiskQuo at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
