What we collect

• Account details: your name, username and password. Your password is stored as a one-way hash for logging in. For support purposes we also keep an encrypted copy that authorised administrators can view.
• Your trading records: the capital, targets, sessions and trades you enter, your risk settings, and the optional pair, timeframe and OTC or regular market of a trade.
• Location: if you allow it, your device location is sent once to a reverse-geocoding service (BigDataCloud) to find your country. We store only the country, not the coordinates. You can also choose your country by hand. The country decides which price (rupees or dollars) you see.
• Payments: when you buy a plan we store the order and payment reference, amount, currency, status, and the email and phone number you give at checkout. Razorpay collects and processes your card or bank details. We never see or store them.
• Technical data: a sign-in cookie, a language cookie, preferences saved in your browser (for example your last trade details), and basic server logs.

How we use it

• To run your account, calculate your limits and locks, and show your history and insights.
• To take payments, give you the plan you bought and answer support requests.
• To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.
• To improve the service, using combined and anonymous statistics that do not identify you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with:

• Razorpay, to process payments.
• BigDataCloud, which receives your coordinates once to find your country if you allow location access.
• Our hosting and infrastructure providers, who store data on our behalf.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your profile and trading records. We may keep payment records for as long as tax, accounting or legal rules require.

Security

Passwords are hashed, payment secrets are encrypted, and access to administration is restricted and logged. No online service can promise perfect security, so please use a strong password that you do not use elsewhere.

Your choices and rights

To use these rights, contact us through the Contact page. We follow the data protection laws that apply to us, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

• You can ask to see, correct or delete your data.
• You can refuse location access and choose your country manually.
• You can clear the cookies and saved preferences in your browser at any time. You will then be signed out.

Children

RiskQuo is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy in an important way, we will update this page and the date below.
